Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Lead Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and the ability to produce engaging content across all of our marketing channels, (social media, print, email, website, etc.). As a Lead Content Creator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our content is current, engaging, and has the ability to convert leads into sales. Your expertise in SEO and digital marketing will be crucial in creating compelling stories that resonate with our target audience.

Duties

• Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
• Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
• Recording, editing, and encoding video/audio files.
• Performing media edits based on user feedback.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and advancements in media techniques.
• Demonstrating oral communication skills to ask thoughtful questions and share ideas related to marketing campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the marketing manager, solicit and handle feedback.
• Time management skills to reach project milestones according to schedule.
• Upholding brand expectations.
• Willingness to learn.
• Creating engaging graphics and videos that drive conversations into sales.
• Ability to create graphics and and videos with any level of direction.

Qualifications

• Professional competency with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Premier, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Needs to have some proven experience as a Lead Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO best practices, and digital marketing principles.
• Experience working with audio, videography, and lighting.
• Knowledge of email marketing techniques and social media marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
